Respond to Goodwill Messages

1. Respond to congratulations - When you respond to congratulation message, send a brief note expressing your appreciation. Tell how good the message made to you.
2. Accept praise gracefully - Don't make belittling comments (I'm not that really good!) to reduce awkwardness or embarrassment.
