Giving Thanks

1. Cover three points in gift thank-yours. First of all, Identify the gift that what is this. Secondly, tell the receiver why you appreciate this and finally explain the method that how the receiver can use the gift. 2. Be sincere in sending thanks for a favour. Tell the receiver clearly what the favour means to you. Maintain credibility with sincere, simple statements and avoid superlatives and gushiness.
3. Offer praise in expressing thanks for hospitality. Compliment, as appropriate, the (a) fine food, (b) charming surroundings, (c) warm hospitality (d) excellent host and hostess, and (e) good company.
